First Strike, Police Story 4, the new Jackie Chan/Stanley Tong collaboration is an action packed Asian James Bond adventure story. References to 007 are everywhere, with their own Australian "Jaws", ski slope chases, hi tech weaponry, KGB, Mafia, and dialogue like 'if I only had some beautiful women I'd feel like James Bond'.

In a scene reminiscent of the Five Masters of Death, killer snowmen rise up from their hiding places in the ground. Jackie Chan's super cop, Chan Ka-kui, escapes from the machine gun toting, helicopter riding, missile blowing white demons while learning how to snowboard and avoiding the detonation of a nuclear warhead in a briefcase.

Jackie fights against, and then with Tsui, the villian/victim played by Lou Xuexian(Jackson Lou), and his family with an assortment of weapons including staffs and a ten foot aluminum ladder.
