At the Wu Tang Physical Culture Association , Director Frank Allen has developed simple standing coiling exercises that capture the essence of the Energy that each palm change should manifest. The core of each palm change is isolated and adapted to performaing as a continuous loop without stepping. 	THE SINGLE PALM CHANGE manifests the change pattern represented by the trigram Ch'ien, Heaven, Pure Yang.
	THE DOUBLE PALM CHANGE manifests the change pattern represented by the trigram K'un, Earth, Pure Yin. Earth Energy is receptive and draws in even as it streaches out.
	THE CROSSING HANDS PALM CHANGE manifests the change pattern represented by the trigram Sun, the Gentle Wind.The Crossing Hands Palm Change develops the energy of the Wind, which gives you the ability to become amorphous, change directions repeatedly, seeming to be everywhere at once but nowhere that you can be touched.
