In every system of Ba Gua Zhang, the Single Palm Change is the foundation from which the system flows.  This workshop will present Single Palm Changes from four different styles of Ba Gua Zhang and show how these different variations all create the pure Yang- Heaven Energy of creative potential, from which the other palm changes derive.  How this pure Yang energy becomes the power source of the variant martial applications of these Single palm Changes will also be examined.

      This material will enhance the experienced practitioners understanding of the foundations of Ba Gua Zhang while also being an excellent starting point for beginners in the art.
