The Spiraling Energy Body Chi Kung set picks up where the Opening the Energy Gates of Your Body set leaves off. In it, Students first learn how to develop their continuous dissolving ground wire, in their secondary consciousness.  They then learn how to pump energy up into their energy gates, spiral energy in the lower Dan Tian and move it to and from the energy gates and dissolve external energy, which is a  form of Psychic self-defense. 

This   workshop will Focus on developing these skills and inserting them into a student's Ba Gua,  Tai Chi and Hsing I practice.
