Zhang Style Dragon Shape Ba Gua Zhang is noted for the extreme coiling actions of its body postures and movements as well as its stepping patterns.  These coiling actions when combined with the style’s long smooth steps, work to open the body’s spaces, lengthen the tissues, regulate the flow of bodily fluids, release tension and build strength.  Dragon Shape Ba Gua Zhang also presents an array of classical Ba Gua martial techniques and strategies.
